Or do you leave it to chance and keep forgetting for a few hundred years?
There’s no doubt that customer testimonials (genuine ones!) are a great tool to prove your credibility, show that you know your onions and help people see that you’re genuinely good at what you do.
And let’s be honest … receiving testimonials is brrrrrilliant isn’t it?
